At Rohe Fitness we are about one thing and one thing only - YOU.
We will take your goals, and we will get you there. We will set you up to exceed the challenges you've set yourself and go beyond what you ever thought you'd be capable of.
So who am I? I'm Barney, and I founded Rohe Fitness. With the help of a small band of other graded PTs we will be publishing regular fitness guides using this blog. These guides will help anyone, at any level, push themselves on.
The true value of Rohe Fitness comes from the personalised training programs that we can develop for you, and only you. Each of our training programs are customised and will only ever be yours - no two of us are the same and no two of us share the same goals.
