Rohe Fitness Ltd is pleased to announce we are now in partnership with St Cadoc's Youth Club offering a range of services for players and parents.

As a result of the current worldwide pandemic, we are working with coaches from St Cadoc's to provide simple and effective training programs to help players and parents throughout the club stay on top of their fitness. 

It is important to note that over the coming months health is of paramount concern to everyone and as such it is important to follow government advice and stay at home. Over the coming weeks we will upload content to provide programs and exercise ideas while we are all stuck at home.

The basics of maintaining your health:

Exercise

Keep as active as you can, it is well known how good exercise if for you. With gyms being shut, you need to turn your home into your own gym and be creative. We can help you with that if you need.

Nutrition

Be extra careful with what you are putting into your body. It is easy to eat more junk when you are stuck at home as you become bored. A healthy diet makes a healthy body, and healthy immune system. 

Rest

Your body needs rest. This will not be as hard if you are locked in at home, but remember sleep is the most important form of rest so still get to bed early.
